Painless bumps on stomach & genital area
I have been getting bump/boil like (see photo) on my lower stomach and my on genital area. It does not hurt or pain and it has been there for almost two months now. What could be this and how do I treat this?

Best if removed with this instrument called biopsy punch It will not be treated with medicines alone After removing it can tested under microscope to see what it is

They could be viral infection called as molluscum contagiosum. It would be better if you consult for further management.
