Hello Doctor My wife has started getting pain in heart yesterday morning. I gave him diclofenac sodium one tablet in morning and evening. Still she is feeling pain and little fever also.

Hello.. Pain may be acidity Muscular spasm Pleural causes Cardiac causes... Are there any other symptoms associated... Better not to self medicate..consult a physician
