Painfull Period cramps
I had a c-sec on 26 July 2022 and after 3 month of my c-sec my period is started and my period cycle is also going on time, but this month during my 1st & 2nd day of period which is yesterday and today,I feel very painful cramps on my legs, hand, and back side, and my flow is also heavy. Is it normal or not???

U need an ultrasound to find out the reason fr the heavy flow
The reason fr the cramps could be deficiency
Get ur hemoglobin vit b12 n vit d levels checked
If ur lactating take regular calcium supplements
