Painful rash near mouth
I had mango and shortly after this rash appeared near mouth all of a sudden. This is painful like any painful acne upon touching. I am confused as to why this happened and how to treat it.

This is herpes mam. U need to start on specific antiviral tablet for a week.then it will completely resolve.
