Painful Lump in Left Armpit

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have got a lump in my left armpit for quite some time now. It was not painful and not even visible previously but off late it has started paining and is visible now. Please suggest what should I do about this? Which doctor to get a consultation from? I have breast cancer history in my family. Hence, I am a bit scared now. Please help .
