Painful knees and heavy legs
Hello Dr. My lower body is more heavier than my uper body. On 3 jan i deliver a baby girl (normal) after that the condition is getting worst my lower body is become more heavier. I am attaching current condition of my legs. I don't know why this is happened. extremely heavy thighs knees calves. There is also a pain in my both the knees. Whenever I sit little bit longer (more than half an hour) i faced pain in standing or folding my legs. ( Ghutne k pass ful k latak si gayi h skin) Please help me. I am very very bothered. Regards.

Please mention your height and weight. Let us see how much weight should be lost before you can come in shape. You had a normal delivery about 2 months ago. You can slowly start your exercise schedule. You must remember one thing, that if you have willpower then you can certainly lose weight and come in shape. But willpower is most important.
