Painful bump on skin

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Got this very very painful bump on outer thigh from last 4 to 5 days. Its has got dark reddish and pain is getting worse.skin around it has got dry and hard and feels very warm after touching. First i thought it is just a overgrown pimple but now its paining insanely. Please let me know what the thing is that exactly.
