Pain while urinating
I am suffering from pain while urinating. No blood. Giving warn bath twice a day. But quite a pain. Any suggestions for pain relief.

You must rule out infection by doing a urine test and also see a physician for the same. A few dietary restrictions which may help decrease pain include avoiding spicy food, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol. Also drink water regularly albeit in small quantities. Also avoid holding urine.
