Pain while passing urine
My 3 yr old female baby has pain while passing urine since evening plz help ,she has no fever but not able to sleep properly, she is waking up after every 2-3 hours and crying because of pain,no other notable symptom

Symptoms suggest that she is mostly having a urine infection.. Check is locally there is any redness . Check for fever Hows the urine looking like  n is she passing urine adequately? Get urine routine done... if suggestive of infection, get culture done too. Meet a Pediatric surgeon or pediatrician

Give her syr Drotin- Ds,3.5ml×3 for 3days.along with syr Ranitidin... 3.5ml×2 for 7days.and do some urine test, c/s urine plus R/E urine. Then after add antibiotics if culture positive.
Next Steps
If Pain increases then she needed USG Whole abd.

Can be urinary tract infection so give a sample preferably first urine sample for routine/microscopy and culture. If the pus cells in routine examination is less than 5 start Tab tropan 2.5 mg two times(for symptomatic relief) and add syp duphalac 10 ml at night. After culture report consult a pediatrician or pediatric surgeon

Please get a urine routine examination done.somtimes fever is not necessary for urine infection.Also  look for local redness or anything visible. Till then u can apply surfaz s  N ointment locally n give plenty of fluids.

Dear parents, Symptoms suggest that the child is suffering from urinary infection. Advised to do complete urinary examination and also increase the liquid intake.
