It may be due urinary tract infection if you have associated symptoms like burning micturation, trauma, excessive masturbation, drug intake which cause prolonged erections etc...get Ultrasound Scanning of the penis done to rule out scarring of the Tunica Albugenia or calcified plaque (Peyronies disease.)...get back to us with reports..
