Hello why do I am feeling pain while doing poop...it's suddenly appear in morning now in evening to...my stool is bit hard and I feel pain my anus

Perhaps you may have anal fissure due to passing hard stools.It may bleed during defecation if the tear extends deeper.To avoid, See that you are not constipated.
Drink lots of water,high fiber diet .
