Peeing blood and feels like a bladder infection

Past couple days I've been having what felt like menstrual cramps. Today I found that I had a tampon in from over a week ago. I forgot about it. Now I feel like I have a bladder infection. Hurts to pee, frequent urination, and there's blood in it. I took 2 amoxicillin 500 mg capsules. But I'm really in pain. No fever or vomiting.
