Bubbles through urine opening before pee
Sometimes, especially when I have gaseous stomach (while passing gas) I can observe air bubbles coming out from my penis before peeing. I undergoing ct kub before 6 months no fistula and kidney stone was there. I have frequent urine infections, I am having epispidias so that cause bubbles before urination? I also experience pain in testicles and intense pain after ejaculation

Consult a local urologist for local examination. Bubbles in urine stream is usually a false sense due to intermittent stream.
