Last 2days pain when drink cool water or hot tea internal tooth please tell me what is solutions for this pain and treatment.

Hi..you should upload tooth pic to give diagnosis not profile pic. Based on your complaint,you might require root canal treatment. Regards

This means you might have irreversible pulpitis if problem is related to one tooth and periodontitis if in multiple tooth. For irreversible pulpitis u need Root canal treatment and if its periodontitis( which is highly unlikely in ur case )scaling is treatment. You need to make a visit to the dentist to check the exact cause of your problem..... most likely there is a cavity in the tooth which needs treatment in the form of RCT..... uploading the picture of the tooth or the X-ray would be more beneficial.... Regards.....
