I drank boiling hot water
I drank hot water and have burnt my tongue n the tongue below area(looks badly burnt). I applied dolo jell and have taken dolo tablet, pain has reduced but there are lots of blisters on tongue and also below tongue area skins got peeled and have come out. Pls help

It will heal on its own. Continue applying dologel and avoid hot and spicy food. Have cool and soft food. Have lot of curd. That should help. Gargle gently after food to keep the mouth clean and avoid infection.

Avoid very hot and spicy food or drinks always as not good for oral mucosa. Continue applying dologel make sure you clean your hands before applying just to avoid any infection. If any habits like smoking it has to be stopped till all the lesions heal.Take care
