Pain unexplained n undiagosed
Can physical pain which appears to be real coming from the mind only? so I have been dealing with angina symptoms n pain since 4 years.. been to ER 15-20 times for same- 2 stress echo, 5 normal echos, 3 TMT and countless ECG's sum up the past 4 years.. mind is not ready to accept that it is psychological.. but if it was coming from heart, then should have come up in some test at least or affected the functioning of my heart by now.. went to a psychiatrist, started the meds.. but it did not work out out at. I don't understand after spending so much time and money why I'm not getting better? Am I missing something or what? As a 24 year old, it is too much to handle.

It could be due to multiple reasons, it’s helpful if you explore the following- 1. **Mind-Body Connection:** Psychological factors can contribute to physical symptoms. Stress, anxiety, or unresolved emotions may manifest as unexplained pain. 2. **Holistic Approach:** Consider a holistic approach that addresses both physical and psychological aspects. Integrating mental health into the discussion can provide a more comprehensive understanding. 3. **Therapeutic Exploration:** Consulting a therapist can help uncover potential emotional contributors to the pain. Therapists can guide individuals in exploring the mind-body connection. 4. **Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques:** Incorporate mindfulness and relaxation techniques into daily routines. Practices such as deep breathing or meditation can help manage stress, potentially alleviating physical symptoms. 5. **Open Communication:** Discuss your symptoms openly with your healthcare provider and therapist. Comprehensive communication ensures that both physical and psychological aspects are considered in your care.
Next Steps
1. **Consult a Healthcare Professional:** Seek medical evaluation to rule out any underlying physical causes for the pain. 2. **Therapy Consultation:** Consider scheduling a consultation with a therapist to discuss the potential psychological aspects of your symptoms. 3. **Integrated Approach:** Collaborate with both your healthcare provider and therapist to create an integrated approach that addresses both physical and psychological components.
Health Tips
While exploring the psychological aspects of unexplained pain, it's crucial to maintain open communication with healthcare professionals. Physical conditions should be thoroughly evaluated, and collaboration between medical and psychological perspectives is essential for comprehensive care. Remember, the mind and body are interconnected, and a multidimensional approach may be necessary for a comprehensive understanding and effective management of unexplained pain.

Hi friend , pain & pleasure is part of life . You seem to be complaining about the “pains” that you have experienced . The expression you have arrived at is by default the ‘ psychological reaction’ to certain situations you have experienced , because medical examination results are not evident nor could arrive at any solution so far. So you need to process your ‘mind’ or thought process to think healthy also .
Next Steps
You need to consult a senior & Licenced Psychologist & reason out your queries . Book Psychotherapeutic session asap.
Health Tips
Overthinking does not allow one to reach at solution but rather mess up one’s thought process. Be patient .
