Pain under right ribs
Sharp pain under the right ribs for the past two days, felt when coughing , sneezing or moving , no pain on rest...same area is painful to touch. No other symptoms.

Could be a condition called Costochondritis. Take some pain killers for a few days.

Get an ECG done to rule out any cardiac problem.
