Pain under chest ribs

I have pain under chest ribs, right side. I have this pain , when lying down. I don't have pain, but just a feeling when standing or walking. As soon as I lay down, I am feeling pain.

Hello. As your history given, I think first of all go for an E.C.G. If ECG is normal then you should go for Chest x Ray P/A view. Because we have to Rule out any cardio-vascular disease.
