Pain symmetrical
I am feeling both side gluteal region pain in hip , symmetrical, same intensity, SI & PELVIC MRI was done in FEB 2022 Which was quite normal

When MRI is normal we rule out any physical cause to the pain. So it most probably be mechanical back pain related to our posture, muscle strengh etc.
