Pain right wrist 5 months
In the past at apr8l 2016 i played football and act a goal keeper. During the game i saved the ball and then felt pain right wrist area.

Avoid exercises tk relief treatment firstly. Avoid strain till relief. Physiotherapy treatment for 15 days.

Plz visit sports physio near to you and get it done with your pain. You got some small bone stuck in the between in the joint. So physio will mobilize your joint and manipulate it

Kindly do an Mri of your wrist so that exact diagnosis can be done...till then kindly start up with your Physio sessions & consult a Orthopedic...take care... get well soon

There can be a ligament tear o r any muscular pull. Best can bemanually assesss by a physiotherapist. Need to to go to a physiotherapist who can observe if there is any pain on active/passive/resisted movement,tenderness, presence of any swelling or muscle weakness.
Next Steps
Physiotherapy treatment(Paraffin wax therapy+Ultrasonic therapy+wrist strengthening exercises as required) is to be done.
Health Tips
Avoid manual exertion,no cold exposure, do hot water fomentation and full ranfe wrist movements at 3 hrs intervals, avoid hanging of handas sometimes it increases swelling and pain..
