You got some small bone stuck in the between in the joint.
So physio will mobilize your joint and manipulate it

There can be a ligament tear o r any muscular pull. Best can bemanually assesss by a physiotherapist. Need to to go to a physiotherapist who can observe if there is any pain on active/passive/resisted movement,tenderness, presence of any swelling or muscle weakness.

Avoid manual exertion,no cold exposure, do hot water fomentation and full ranfe wrist movements at 3 hrs intervals, avoid hanging of handas sometimes it increases swelling and pain..
