Pain right lower abdomen

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have undergone c section surgery 4 months back. Since 5 days I am suffering from pain in my right side of lower abdomen above the c section incision area.please guide me why I am facing this.Also I have lifted one full bucket of water can this be the possible reason.
