Pain right foot heel
I am facing this problem since last 3-4 months .. have accute pain in my right foot centre of the heel .. this is more when I get up in the morning ..initial few steps are very painful but after some time the pain subsides . This is also sometimes during the day post I get up from relaxed posture. what should I do ..

Your symptoms are suggestive of plantar fasciitis....plantar Fasciitis is a condition of pain and tissue damage at the attachment of the plantar fascia to the underside of the heel bone..... treatment includes gentle stretching of the Achilles tendon and plantar fascia, weight loss, taping, arch support and heel lifts.
