Hello, i have been having accute back pain since my cesarean delivery which is exactly happened 1 year ago, previously it was only lower back pain but gradually its coming upside like iam having pain at the anesthesia injection site and above that and in lower back which is very very accute, if i bent down to pick something i can't properly stand afterwards, iam just 22 and extremely worried about this i have never ever faced such issues prior to my delivery, please tell me what to do as i dont want to take medicine.
