Pain persists after taking augmentin 625
I have a boil on my lip which has pus in it and my doc advised me to take augmentin 625 with probiotics. But the pain isnt stopping. Can I take a crocin right now to lessen the pain??

hello, you can apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. this will help to heal the ulcer. if they still persist you need to consult a physician and get your Vitamin B levels checked. if required take supplements for it.

Yes you can take crocin or other pain killer. Augmentin is antibiotic which will take care of  infection. Also locally you can apply dologel or mucopain gel.

Hello...... It takes time for ulcer to heal... Crocin is not of use.. You can apply lignocaine gell locally.. Pain subsides for time being... Take vitamin supplement tablets.. Biting lip, metabolic disturbance, or truama could cause this problem.. Consult doctor....
