Sir i have disc osteophyte complex,c4-c5,c5-c6 mild indentation of the anterior thecal sac.Is it a serious problem,i am having needle type pain all over the body and weeknes of muscles...and radiating pain in buttocks

Yes it's serious and a progressive disease. On clinical examination can tell you whether medication/ physiotherapy will help or surgery
