Pain over shoulder and wrist
I have pain over right shoulder and wrist and I have done MRI which shows degenerative changes over L4 and L5..i have disc prolapse over L3 and L4 sincw 8 yrs.plz advice and kindly update with a good experienced physiotherapists. ..or Doctor of my concern..thank you...i will be highly obliged. .

Ok sir  it is not a big issue being you young pls visit to our clinic for the manual therapy sessions which gives you good results
