Pain on upper chest of left-center side
I feel ache like pain when i lift my left hand upward..or while i sit and lean on bed by putting my body weight on my left elbow i feel same... But if u frequently do the same means frequently lift my hand or frequently put my body weight on my chest pain gone... It has been 2-3 year same problem... And some time i touch my chest on left side it feel pain sensation... Sometime i cant feel sensation when i touch my chest... Help

Looks like musculoskeletal pain but such a chronic pain need evaluation. Go for a Chest X-ray PA view to rule out any lung abnormality, and consult an orthopedician also.

That could be muscular pain but persistence of pain for Long duration requires evaluation
