Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am having chest pain from last few months. i am 22 years old and both my X-Ray and ECG reports are normal. The pain comes and goes within 30 seconds. Sometimes it occurs in left chest and sometimes in right. Sometimes upper chest and sometimes in lower chest. i am really worried about my heart. Doctor said that it is due to gas. is it true?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. If the ECG is fine, if x-ray is fine, then I don't think you should worry about heart. Besides, you are young. Yes it could be gas. Anyways. Quit thinking about heart issue. Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
