Pain on upper back on left side
Hello Doctor, I am having pain on my upper back on left side for last two days, it hurts a lot while I'm sleeping on my back or leaning on a sofa, while sitting straight the it pains while moving my left hand. It will be helpful if you let me know what check up i need to make for this or the specialist I need to visit Thank you

It could be coz of your muscle spasm. We need to put u on a pain killer and a muscle relaxant.physiotherapy is needed for 2-3 days
