Pain on right side of body

Asked for Female, 38 Years

I am suffering from cold and light fever since last 4 days. Surprisingly my right side of head, cheeks ,neck and lower back is paining very badly.can cold be the reason?

Yes there is a probablity that all these symptoms are due to common cold. If that is the case it should go away with otc drugs like paracetamol 650mg three times a day and otc anti cold medication twice a day for 3-5 days. and Bed Rest.

Next Steps

If pain is present at places such as cheeks or around nose...it can be sinusitis. If there is neck rigidity and / or severe back pain..In such case you should visit and consult physician as soon as possible.

always in common cold take complete bed rest, plenty of fluids, steam inhalation and warm salt saline gargles.
