Pain on right chest while breathing
I have this pain on my upper back, a little to the right of spinal cord.. the pain extends to my right shoulder n hands.. I have been having this pain from past one year.. recently my back as well as my chest pains while breathing.. n I have started coughing from past one month.. could something be wrong with my lungs or is it something else?

It might be a pain due to Pleural effusion.

Please It seems to be musculoskeletal pain Don't depend on medicines only Do following.... Avoid heighted pillow Do neck, back and shoulders exercises daily Do chest exercises daily Do ballooning exercise daily Take dates beet root jaggery green leafy vegetables regularly Take milk, bananas regularly Take Tab hifenac TH 1 Twice a day for 5days Tab pan 1 tab per day Tab neurobion forte 1 Twice a day All for 5days Reconsult after 5 days for further advice to prevent recurrence
