Pain on ribs and inflammation
Post accident on dec 28 2020 car accident I had a seat belt and the air bag was deployed I was getting pain on the lower ribs but was not bad now the pain today has become very bad and inflammation. I was sleeping on that part and when i got up I got fever of 100 degrees .ihave taken now zerodol P and paracetamol separate. Later on i saw that zerodolp also has paracetamol.
Please guide me properly and help with a solution.

YOU NEED TO GET CHEST XRAY TO RULE OUT ANY INJURY OR FEACTURE IF THERE IS HEALED OR NOT HEALED.
FEVER CAN BE DUE TO SOME INFECTION.
I WILL SUGGEST YOU TO VISIT A DOCTOR NEAR BY PHYSICIAN FIRST THEN ORTHOPAEDIC
Avoid taking pain killer in fever . It will lead to complications.
