Pain on my right foot - right side area
I started jogging a month ago after a gap. Pain started on my left foot area after a day. After 2 days consulted a doctor (MS Ortho) but he found nothing as I nethier have injuries nor I fell down. He suggested to take warm water treatment and some ankle rotate exercise. Felt better after 3 weeks, infact I played batmiton without any difficulty. Beginning fourth week I went for just walking and the next day similar pain started on my right foot area and this time it worse than left leg where I can't able to stand or move around. Now no pain on left leg only on right leg - right side exactly just below ankle. Pls advise and thanks in advance for your time.
