Pain on both side of the cheek

Pain like feeling on both cheek, started 2month ago, it start when after some time after wake up, iam working in an environment with no direct sunlight,and iam sitting direct to AC, it happen few times a day, no problem on sleeping and when wake up,its not a pain but feels like friction or something,feels good when apply water to face
