My stomach pain on and off for 6 days now i do some test like xray,ecg i don't understand
I used dyfen injection just in my opinion, and should i take pantop injection just one course

Your complaint related to abdomen u need usg whole abdomen.
Tab nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR TEN DAYS.
Mucain gel 10 ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3 to 4 times or sos.
Meftal spas ds two times a day after food for 3to 5 day to.
Non spicy light diet add buttermilk curd they r probiotic.
Use curd rice n curd poha.

What kind of pain is it - burning or spasmodic?
Any fever, loose stools, nausea, sour belching?
