  4. Pain near shoulder blade. Avoid now?

Pain near shoulder blade
I have little pain under my both shoulder blde where the right one is more painful than left one. I listen some crunching or crackling type sounds from my back when I try to squeeze my shoulder blade. The same type of sound I listen when I strech my neck from one side to another side. The most disturbing area is near my shoulder blade and upper back . Also I feel moderate pain from my lower back. So which type of Doctor is best for me? Is there anything serious and is there anything that I should avoid now? Please help me. Thank you for helping me.

You should visit a Orthopaedic surgeon for clinical evaluation and X-Rays/MRI.
