Pain near left kidney area

Question

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Experiencing pain near left kidney area (not continuous) and urge to go to bathroom.After motion feeling normal and after sometime it starts agian and visits bathroom. happening since one day and lots of burping. Took pantop d tablet today. I'm not able to differentiate either it is a gas problem or kidney related issue.please help.

Do a USG lower abdomen. Can be Renal stones. And take some antacids like Pantoprazole 40 mg at empty stomach
