Pain near knee
I
have fallen in bathroom approx 30 days before.
I am feeling pain below my knee.no swelling. But if I walk more than two km it start paining.if I sit with knee bend again it's pain.
If I sit in vajrasan it paining.
I have not done any x-ray.
What can be the reason. Is it fracture

Dear client plz try to remember was there any swelling in the vicinity at time of Injury month before.. any how some hairline fractures may undergo undetermined so need to be assesed and X- ray is advisible. Followed by appropriate management..

Hello possible causes like trauma
Fracture ligament tear or sprain....soft tissue injury should be ruled out x ray has to be done consult orthopedician for further evaluation and treatment I hope this helps and also your knee should be immobilised don bear too much weight on your legs..
