Hello there. I can understand your concern. Have a high fiber diet. Drink plenty of fluids. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Do not strain for stools. Do not lift heavy objects. Consult A general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
