Pain near and ear and tooth
There is pain near tooth and ear. It is fine with ear now but the pain at tooth becomes unbearable sometime. There is slight San San sounds near my ear also. Checked with dentist no problem with the tooth.

You seem to be suffering from temporo Mandibular joint dysfunction secondary to dental problems. Usually it will resolve with simple measures such as soft diet, painkillers, hot compresses etc. Use spoon to eat for a week then if symptoms persist then consult nearby maxillofacial surgeon
