😄😄 thats bone spikes over foot sole. Can take pain killer. Reduce weight. Do a uric acid test. If not relieved then take steroid injection

Get blood Haemoglobin, blood sugar both fasting and post meal, serum calcium,  vit d3, vit b12 done. Take tab antoxid one morning and one evening for 4 to 6 weeks Share results of tests.
