Pain lower back, stress thoracic muscle
Feel mild pain in lower back. Long standing and sitting causes stress in thoracic region, tight chest muscles.. then it feels like blood flow is reduced in legs and abdomen.... Leading to fatigue, anxiety and depression like feeling. However same is releived when adjust my lower back or pelvic muscles and correct my posture to straighten myback

Hello sir! Can you  just answer some questions like what kind of job you have? Is it a long sitting job? Have you consulted any Physiotherapist or orthopedic?From  your  history it seems like you have weak core. You need to strengthen your core. Do stretches for lower back and chest and back extension exercises. Maintain your erect posture while sitting. Kindly undergo proper evaluation and investigation.
