Pain killer for stone and advise
Sonography report says  kidney - appears normal in size,shape and echo pattern with maintained cortico-Medullary differentiation. A3 mm sized calculus is seen in middle pol calyx. A 8-9 mm lower ureteric calculus is seen 4-5 cm away from vesico ureteric junction with resultant mild hydronephrosis and proximal hydroureter. Urinary bladder : is optimally distended and appears normal with normal wall thickness. No obvious mobile vesical calculus or mass lesion seen. Just to add i have my right leg fracture from 6 weeks and been sitting home with Plaster. I got in to pain on Sunday night and being on painkillers till date. Yesterday afternoon the sonography was done and since then no pain today morning till i went to latrine. I had taken Novoflam SP on Sunday night til Tuesday morning then took Asonac - 100. Please revert in case of any further information required.

Vesicoureteric juction stones may cause acute colicky pain, may cause infection in urinary tract and outside and may cause derangement of function of the affected kidney. Get urine examination routine and microscopic done to detect infection and a functional study like IVP or CT Urography to assess function of the affected kidney
