Pain in wrist post partum
I am 6 months post partum and I have this numbing pain in my right wrist and arm along with tingling sensation in the fingers. The pain worsens if I do household chores. My gynaec asked me to see a neurologist post the lockdown. What can I do in the meanwhile?

Take Tab Rejunex CD3 1 tab once daily for a month. If pain is not significant, hand exercises would help. Take adequate rest in between your chores. You will need some blood tests and possible electrodiagnostics +/- imaging for a conclusive diagnosis.
