I have a pain in wrist.. it ocurrs once in every 6 month.. and after two three days it automatically goes.. what can be the reason behind this.. pain is in wrist and palm and hand.. only one hand

The pain occurs when the muscles around the wrist cross their tolerance capacity to work. Knowingly or unknowingly you give rest and the pain reduces. Focus on the activities of your hand.

Sometimes, there is a possibility of local strain in wrist joint with associated weakness of ligaments and tendons.. which may cause recurrent pain episodes..

I will suggest you to start with hot fomentation, take analgesic tablet of pain is more, start wrist movement exercises, apply analgesic ointment locally..
