For immediate relief from pain you can use warm saline rinses several times a day for reducing inflammation but can discontinue if it's not suiting you . you can also use over the counter pain killer for reducing pain. Try to visit an oral surgeon ASAP .

Hello sir,  an X ray needs to be taken in order to assess the position of the wisdom tooth in the jaw.  Accordingly we ll have to plan the treatment.  Taking only pain killers is just going to give you symptomatic relief until the source of the problem is attended.  Most probable treatment would be its removal. But it requires a direct clinical examination and Inspection of the X ray. Visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon.

hello, you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy. but this will give only temporary relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked and get an X-ray done. the best treatment for wisdom tooth is to get it removed.

Hi... As a short term measure for wisdom tooth related pain, you can use frequent warm salt water rinses several times a day to try and reduce the inflammation, and its related pain. You can also use some over-the-counter pain medicines as needed. However, for definitive treatment based upon actual cause of the pain (caries/ bite trauma/ pericoronal inflammation), please consult a dental surgeon or an oral surgeon near you at the earliest. Hope this helps.
Next Steps
Start warm salt water rinses and see a dentist or an oral surgeon near you at the earliest
Health Tips
Discontinue rinses if they seem not to help or if the symptoms worsen. In that case, seek a professional opinion immediately.

Hello Ma'am Greetings of the day. A x-ray needs to be taken to assess the position of the wisdom tooth and decide the course of treatment. Mostly the tooth might need to be removed. In the meantime, as a temporary solution for the pain and inflammation, warm saline gargles several times a day will help or painkillers can be taken. But, for a permanent solution a visit to the dentist is a must.
