Hello! It's mainly due to poor posture i.e. called Mechanical Backpain. Start with Physiotherapy esp.with IFT & Core muscle stability & strengthening exercises including stretching of glutes/hams etc. According to assessment.

Hello.., since how long you will have that pain ?? If you feel pain for few hours it could be due to improper posture while sleeping .. You sleep of one side .. Don't sleep in supine position .. Do exercise daily ..if you really have medical problem get an X-ray and consult orthopedic surgeon.
