Pain in vein in thigh

Asked for Male, 26 Years

When ever I ejaculate there is pain in my right thigh in a particular vein only during the ejaculation period, also since this pain has started while ejaculation I have started to ejaculate early I.e less than half the time . who do I go and show it to ? Can it be varicose vien ? Please advise ? Regards
