Pain in upper thigh
Hello dr, My mom age 44 having diabetes and BP. She has started pain in upper thigh and she is not able to walk because of this. The pain started after a boy age 12 by mistake stampede on her thigh Could you pls suggest any medi or Cream?

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate your mother in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no  pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water/ Gel pac . Hello She might have soft tissue injury

ice pack application three to four times a day 6 inch Crepe bandage application limb elevation over two pillows take zerodol SP two times a day along with pantop 40 mg tab on empty stomach for 5 days

She might have got some soft tissue injury in thigh leading to pain
Next Steps
She can start with Ice fomentation,  take aceclofenac paracetamol tablet for pain relief, apply crepe bandage over thigh, avoid standing and walking for a long time. Keep the limb elevated over a pillow for support. She can also apply diclofenac gel for pain relief.
