Pain in upper portion of body back chest

Asked for Female, 65 Years

My mother aged 65 had undergone bypass surgery around a year and half. From past 1 month she gets some severe unbearable pain in complete upper portion including back and chest. All tests for gastro and echo are normal. What could be the reason? And what is it's remedy?

Would suggest a stress thallium test . If positive for ischemia get a repeat coronary angiography done to know status of previous grafts
